Sad day in my house...

Oh, that sucks. My rottie is recovering from a broken leg from being run over...by me :(. Hope you find another buddy soon.

No words can ever say how you feel.
My 1.5 year old Border Colie had a tumor growing in her chest cavity which made her stop eating which in turn started to destroy her liver and Kidneys. When we put her down both my wife and I were completely over come with emotion. Even my 10 year old dog isn't the same after she left. But I know when the time comes for my older dog to pass on I know he had a great life and yes we will be sad but at the same time feel like we have done our job.....gave him a wonderful life. The young one she was too young to die but she still had a great life and we still miss her.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that when a life that is dear to us is taken suddenly it is harder than if it is taken when we all should die...old and feeble.
LOL. Where did you fish this out from? His dog was hit by a car over 3 years ago. :slap:
