Cool site!

"For just the cost of a cup of coffee, you can bring life back to forgotten weapons. This is Johnny. He's a FN-fal. He's been left in a closet, forgotten and un-loved for decades, with nothing but other prohib. rifles for company. His owner doesn't even remember the combination on his trigger lock anymore.

You can change this. Your donation can buy a member of parliment, and eventually change this cruelty.

Look at Johnny now, playing with other rifles at the range, without a care in the world. You made this happen. With your donation, you will recieve monthly updates on your sponsered weapon, with pictures and spent shell casings. You can make this right, and the smell of those casings will bring a smile to your face, knowing that others smiled when Johnny was fired.

Don't wait, act now, give to forgotten weapons."

What do you think, did I get a tear?

no but its true a rifle that doesn't get to do it's job is a sad situation.

Any info on the Mystery Carbine?

Looks like an Auto Odnance effort to build an M-1 Carbine.
.

Allegedly it's an Auto - Ordnance design in .30 carbine, with a quick change barrel.

This also is allegedly a Thompson Light Rifle. . .

I would say the pic of the original one in the first post I made in this thread is also a Thompson, due to the rectangular receiver, the way the ejection port looks, the lower receiver, and how the rear sight is made, but that is just my opinion.
