I get it... retail space is very expensive. Glad you'll still be selling online, but the currently climate is killing retail.

First PoCo Military, then CTCS, now you guys.

Hope you guys are able to keep afloat and supporting the shooting community as you always have.
 
Wait, what? I saw they were having a really big sale recently but I didn't see anything about them closing?? They've been my go-to for years...
 
Kind of what I assumed based on that sale they had. That retail space can't be cheap and something tells me it will all be developed in a few years time. I have only had a couple dealings with you all but each time was fantastic, Was going to try and make it in for the sale but just to far with my back injury. Sad to hear this.

Yeah I figured something was up with that sale, but now I wish they said as much on their website or email because I would have made an effort to get out there if I knew it would be my last chance.

Is this a financial issue? It's a small shop but I can't imagine rent in that area is getting any cheaper. Maybe pressure to redevelop into condos?
 
Gary had a vison to run it mostly on line, i bought tons off him, he was amazing, i dont really buy there anymore however,........... good luck to your future business plans
 
It's right on Lougheed Hwy. That area I assume is all zoned commercial. More likely rent $$$ IMHO

Could be pressure to redevelop with commercial on the ground floor and condos above though. Lots of that sort of thing going up in the lower Mainland these days.
 
That Haney bypass area is a nightmare for parking. Wanstals is a super old area, developed decades ago when Lougheed hwy was the major way to get around. Now suburbia has replaced much of the greenspace. Sure actual land there is unbelievably expensive. Lease is probably huge and access limited. Hope they maintain their business online. Doesn't help with access to used/consignment or gunsmithing.
