Saddle ring 94 Winchester

[rattrapper]

Has any one seen a 94 Winchester cal 30 wcf with city of Toronto stamped on the butt stock. DOM is 1914
I don't know if this a police issue or used for something else. Thanks for any info

I also have a Toronto marked SRC 94. I assume the Police had a lot of horse mounted officers back in the day, but I haven't looked into it.
