If all of the guys who have ever posted on the black or red rifle forums don't at least donate $50 to the CPC, (if not donate more or volunteer) I won't know what to say.

Hopefully everyone here cuts a cheque or writes a letter to a newspaper or puts out a CPC lawn sign etc. because NOW is the time to DO something if you havn't before!
 
Actually in the mid 90`s the Liberals want to ban muscle cars because they were gas guzzlers and major polluters. Even though most people don`t drive them as daily drivers. At the most to a car show or out for a Sunday drive. Never under estimate the stupidity of the liberals.

They probably got it mixed up with the UN mandate to ban civilian ownership of firearms. According to the UN privately owned firearms are trickling in to places like Africa and reeking havoc. Causing wide spread civil war. But the thousand odd years of tribal warfare had nothing to do with it.:rolleyes: It`s this mandate that the Liberals have bought into hence more banning of firearms until they are all gone. The law would limit the amount of center fire ammo to 200 rounds, 500 rounds of rim fire, 2 pounds of powder, 2000 primers and prohib any firearm that has a military back ground aswell as the munition for these firearms(.223 Rem, .308 Win, .45-70, 9mm Luger, .303 British, 7.62x39, 7.62x54R, .30-06, the list goes on and on), aswell it would make it prohibated to own any firearm with a caliber larger then 11mm, ie. 50 BMG, 50 AE, 12 and 20 ga shotguns etc.. Also on top of having to have a PAL to own a firearm you would have to take another course and licence to store this ammo. And there would be great restrictions on who gets these licences, no background for depression, violence, aswell as anyone that is not licenced will NOT be allowed in the residence that the ammo is stored in. The scary part of this is that the Law is already in place but the current Government said that they would not inforce it but they could do nothing at this time because they have a minority Government and they do not have the seats to get the ammendments pasted.


This is scary stuff we need to do all we can to ensure CPC wins this October.

How soon we forget... Paul Martin promised to ban handguns before he was defeated in the last election. The Liberals are an anathema to lawful and responsible firearms ownership. I hope every owner of an AR, M-305, mini-14, Tavor, et al will be prepared to sling arms and march to parliament hill.

Its mostly up to the Ontario gun owners to get active and keep these bastards out. Let us know what you need.
 
The a$$hats that make up the liberal party are nothing but political whores. They don't care who they screw as long as it gets a vote. How many people are killed every year on our highways due to some idiot going way over the speed limit? A hell of a lot more than get killed by a gun. When I asked my former liberal mp about that and why he didn't push to put a speed limiter on our cars he didn't have an answer. They paint the firearms community as rednecks just itching for the end of the world so we can kill people. We have to be united, strong and very carefull about what we say. We cant' afford to give them any ammunition to use against us. In today's media the soundbite is king. It only takes one thoughtless comment and the liberals will post it all over the media. And don't forget they will have someone watching this forum. If we let our emotions get the best of us we will lose.

I am giving some$ to the cpc. If this crap actually goes through , I simply will not turn in my semis. I won't have a gunfight, but I will go to jail for it while they try to find my guns.

I went to the CPC web site to make a donation, but there isn't a "comment" section in the donation form. How can we make sure they know why we make a donation? Don't think writing a separate e-mail will do the job... If we could join the comment with the payment, wouldn't it get higher in the pyramid?
 
Looks like your Mr. Dion has been taking lessons from our Sen. Diane Fienstein, D-Calif. Her BS is exactly like his. We have been very fortunate here the last eight years for the '94 AWB sunset and not have anymore of that crap to worry about. Of course, if Oboma has his way, we will have a different story. It's hard to believe someone with his lack of experience and inability to say the same thing twice, correctly, is even nominated. Just shows the Democrats don't care about our country and its safety.
 
I was reading how dion says that semi auto rifles have no sporting or target purpose , well if they would de restrict the AR I would use it for hunting and I am sure alot of you would too , am I right with this assumption? Just a thought I wanted to get off my chest! I already use my Cz-858 for coyote!
 
Its election time, heres an easy step by step program that is sure to help us fight the good fight and help put the CPC back in power.

Step one:
Support the CPC with your time or money, and especially your vote.

Step two:
Donate if possible to the CSSA and or NFA, as they will help represent you!

Step three:
Dont give up without a fight, too many people look at this as a defeat before the fight has even begun. Buy Guns!!! Show them that you will not be scared off by Liberal sabre rattleing. Is there a sabre registry? There probably should be, mail you MP.

Step four: Take a friend shooting, educate your fellow Canadians, show them what an "assault rifle" looks like. Remember, you represent all of us.


And, seriously, what the hell is wrong with some of you people. Not buying guns because Dion said he would ban them. In fact, I will be buying twice the amount if firearms I had initially intended for the year before the election is over. DONT give up, stand you ground, for once!
 
Well this just sucks big bananas. I just bought my olympica arms ar 15 ,restrictied of course and then was kicking myself for not getting the non restricted armalite 180b .Course now its likely that my ar 15 will be banned with no payout and no grandfathering. So goodbye to a 1000 bucks.
Nice..I had an chinese something or other back in the day when they were non restricted and sold it before they got banned. Now we have the cz which almost bought the other day and sure they will get banned.
All because some idiot goes out with one and kills people. And he legally owned them making us all look real bad.
At least if they were black market that would have helped some. I have grown very attached to my ar 15 now its a great looking and good shooting gun and would seriously miss it. And since I bought it legally the damn government should be forced to pay me out for it at least. That part is serious BS. Next they will ban cars that can go over 100km/hr.

So what you guys are saying is even if the liberals get in as minority again they can still ram this thru?? And why would the conservatives fight this ban?
The average joe public don't know or care. I personally think restricted is good enough. How many legitimate owners go out and go crazy like this??
Just like passing crazy laws for street racing or speeding. When cell phones and drunk drivers kill way more people.
Of course this is first step again to total ban. First we have the semi assualt type rifles then handguns will be next just watch and see. I maybe picked a lousy time to get back into the hobby.
