So I'm about to order said product when I see that there is the "normal" one as well as one offered with a 4mm pin for foreign trigger groups. I can only assume that this would mean for Norc trigger groups, but I am unsure...

Can anybody chime in here and let me know if I absolutely need the one with the 4mm pin if I'm using a Norc receiver, or will the standard one work just fine?

Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Glad to hear this as I called BROWNELLS and the lady didn't know what the part #'s were, what the prices were ... I didn't have computer access to get the part #'s for her ... but not what I expected considering they should have info at the touch of their fingers on a computer. Two thumbs DOWN for them! :(

Jason if you need stuff from brownells I order all the time. Don't mind adding some springs for ya.
Easiest way, if your internet access provides, is to shop for parts using the firearm diagrams on brownelss site. Click on the part and it will tell you if they have it.
It's a headache using their search function for M1A/M14 stuff. Shop by diagram works awesome.
