I have searched the interwebz and this forum extensively but to no relevent info.
I wish to mount a 30mm main tube with a 44mm objective (2.5-10x44mm Viper PST) as low as possible to an M14 pattern rifle (Norc) using a SADLAK mount. Has anyone used a setup similar to this? I want to use the TPS Low 30mm rings but I don't know if they will have enough clearance for the standard M14(bottom of the Obj. to the top of the hand guard). Does anyone have any experience with this type of set up? Scope and mount are not interchangeable but the rings are, as I didn't order them yet. No idea is a bad one.
