Just wondering why I havent seen any post about the Famae SAF Mini???
Did anyone even end up purchasing one???

So I thought I will go ahead and post some pics of mine.

First off this thing is compact, small but not too small. It does have some weight to it but without the top rail and Sparc it feels ALOT lighter. I havent weighed it so I cant tell you exactly what it comes in at. Fit and finish on it is fantastic, little to no sharp or rough edges and trigger pull is fairly light with just a bit of creep but a nice break there after. Istill have yet to put the "mp5k" sling mount on but it seems like it will be promising.
Really am diggin this little beaut!!!!

Only downside I find with it is the plastic on the foregrip and pistol grip seem cheap. Definatley not the same as on the SAN's rifles. Same thing goes for the magazines. Dont know if the mags will hold up to tough abuse or not but time will tell.

Beautiful Mini Bfiles.
I got the regular SAF. Funny enough it came with green furniture.
Even when I talked with Nick at TI, he didn't realize mine was green, "I thought they were all black" he said.
I think the SAF is the greatest thing since sliced bread.
Far smaller than I thought.

My once great stockpile of 9mm doesn't seem as sufficient as I once thought.
 
I don't mean to be a negative nancy but I can't really see myself having much fun with these guys with 5 round magazines :(
 
People sell themselves short with toys on decisions like that. I dont mind, as if another 5 rounds or 2 seconds is really going to be a deal breaker for me on cool firearms. Lots of stuff are limited to 5 but my decision is "if I want something, I want it" either way I have got to buy it.

Very nice B-files. I'm surprised to hear the grips feel cheezy, they look solid. (nice Ctire case, I bought two of those;)) Lawn gnome: let's see your green guy!

They just dont have the same quality feel like the SAN's parts do. I am more then sure if the Chilean police or army use them and dont have problems, me shooting this at a range should incure ZERO problems.
Yeah those cases are wellworth it for 20$. I have another one cut out for just my 2 skorpions.

That flat colour verses the nice and glossy metal in overly bright shop lighting and my bad eyes have deceived me.
I fear I have put many panties in a bunch,,,sorry.
 
Hey B, looking forward to seeing you at the range with this beast.. :) I have to hold it in my hands first, then we see..
 
The SAF Minis are ###y little beasts... It has been on my to buy list ever since Tactical Imports got them but I can't find $2,000 to drop into one.
