Safari mk II 30-06

I would like to know if anyone out there is reloading for the BAR Safari mk II in 30-06.

Currently I load light for deer, but i feel i want a 180gr for moose

Post your best recipes. Who knows, I may try one of yours out!

My preference is as follows:

brass: federal once fired

primers: CCI large rifle 0011

bullet: Nosler Partition 165gr. sp

powder: H4895 46.5gr by weight

All my reloading stuff remains buried after the move.....so i cant be specific.

My loads for Bars usually favored the starting load side of load data. I started light, found a rather low powered but accurate load and made a bunch. I would think this would be even more true with larger projectiles, trying to keep recoil impulse moderate. Bars are great guns, and could take some stomper loads; i just dont think max loads or a steady diet of max loads is a good idea.
