OK,

So I was looking at getting a 6355 Safariland holster for my Glock (I currently have a 6000 series for my HK).

In talking to a dealer, they suggested the 7355 instead.

Apparently, the 7000 series is injection molded (6000 is 'wrapped') and instead of 'suede' on the inside (like the 6000 has), it has molded in fins. Supposedly that helps with allowing crud to pass through (instead of getting embedded in the suede) and also is less susceptible to the pistol rusting since the suede potentially can hold moisture (I honestly don'tknow that the gun will ever be in the holster long enough for it to be an issue). The fins also supposedly help reduce draw/holstering force.

Does anyone have both a 6000 and 7000 series that could way in on their opinion on either?

I'm usually a 'stick with what you know' kind of guy, but I'm occasionally open minded to change ;)
