Safariland Speedloaders?

I've heard this a few times, and am pretty much stumped by why they won't. Speed loaders are not gun parts, they neither affix to the gun, nor will they assemble into the gun. I just don't get it, no one has a problem with chargers, or even en-bloc clips. Actually, I may PM Mr. Brownell and ask him.

Tighter restrictions ...

In the autumn of '08 I bought (via mail order) a Harris bipod from Cabelas, and 12 months later they wouldn't / couldn't sell me a pair of brass "gun hooks" ... essentially two curved pieces of polished metal (cost $18) that screw to the wall ... upon which an antique rifle is displayed on the wall. Go figure.

It might not be Brownells policy, it might just be that Safariland has not got the Sate Dept paperwork in place that allows them to ship outside the US. Still, a speed loader isn't a gun part, so you'd wonder what the problem is.
