I refinished a No1 mkIII lee rifle for a friend, this rifle is sported already, anyway when you flip the safety back to engauge it, it will not stay back, is there a fix? Thanks.

Is the safety mechanism complete? The spring is in good order?

Thanks tiriaq! I was just trying it again and found the side screw was loose and tightened it and now will stay engauged! Thanks for your note. Well here is a picture of it, the finish was very poor on the wood and metal was very dirty, cleaned up nice and bore is in vg condition. Now to find a magazine for it, as he has misplaced it!
