Security Arms has pictures of the Garand SAGE on his web site. It kinda looks like an aircraft carrier to me.
I don't know of any plans for the M1, but Clyde Armory has a SAGE for the AC556/Mini-14 and Mini-30, it's called the SCAR.

I'm in Athens, about 2 hours due east of Kennesaw.
