We have the opportunity to bring in the Sage International EBR stock to Canada.

The MSRP will be $1,199.99

Due to ITAR restrictions the ACLS model available to us will have a NON-COLLAPSIBLE stock - the telescoping stock strut rods are oversized and the butt cannot be collapsed

However it is quit easy to put in aftermarket rods or turn the rods down to make the stock collapsible

We are currently gauging interest in bringing these stocks in.

The price may come down depending on the level of interest.

At that price it is a little much IMO, most other retailers retail them at around 950$. They do sell out fast though, and people might buy them at that just because they are hard to find in stock.

Nice stock, personally not my style but I don't like anything but USGI wood & syn's on my m14's. I think with the availability of Canadian made chassis at half the price this would not be a huge seller, considering itar restrictions to the folding stock the only advantage is no bedding required for a free floating barrel and a forward rail for scout optics.

According to my recent and ongoing telephone conversations with Sage International, Bashaw Sports is currently the only Canadian importer of the same stock. The ones I've sourced for customer rifle builds came modified to collapse (done in canada) , I'll have to check the invoices but pretty sure it was a far better deal.....

If I had a,stock SA m1a lying around I'd do this in a heartbeat. But I have a SA super match. No sense taking that glass bedding out of play. Plus the noncollapsible stock issue. Will keep it in mind for my next one.

This is the shop I speak of in this other thread.

way too pricey :/

For that price you could have three M305s!

Plus it looks nice but i have a hard enough time justifying that price tag for not much metal.

That's a shame, but having tried every butt stock SAGE uses, my favorite is the PMRI with the Magpul PRS2.
It's a little lighter than the original twin rod design, and the LOP & cheek rest adjustments are solid.

Can you import the PMRI?

I added the recoil pad to mine.

I am looking fore two rods I belt the hell out off mine wen I told the Rokon over it 3 or 4 times lol HAAHAA

I hate pre-orders... LOL
Just buy em and sell em at what the other dealers are selling them for.... Makes sense to me anyways. The last 3 I sourced for customers didn't require any preorder.... Did have to wait for one but didn't have to pay for a preorder. I'm not trying to be an ass just sayin what I think.
Do sage chassis sell out regularly at the dealers who carry them? If so, does this mean the market is starving for the product? And lastly, as a dealer , can I source enough product at a price point that allows my business to remain competetive?
If the answer to the above is yes all around... Then order a dozen or so... And let us know when they are in inventory and ready for sale :D :D
