Sage Telescoping Stock for Rem 870

Does anyone know who can import the TS870R Sage telescoping stock for Remington 870 to Canada? see link below: http://ww w.sageinternationalltd.com/si/access/shotgun.html#ts870
In order for Sage to ship these stocks to Canada they will need to obtain a US Department of State License - this can take months. The only Canadian dealer I found so far is "R. Nicholls" in Montreal and they only sell to law enforcement -

IIRC R. Nicholls is North Sylva, a distributor that won't sell to you because you aren't cool enough. I am sure one of the middlemen that come after him\it
will be willing to seel you one at an over the top price.
