Has anyone changed the chassis/ stock on a new Sako? I would like to change to a custom stock. Hopefully something heavier. If so what did you use? Not sure what will fit if anything. Thanks

Not much available for the new Sako rifles. Even McMillan stopped making stocks inletted for the 85s. Swapping out the stock on the 90 will likely be limited to a flat top, non-inletted stock and some time with a trusted smith. McMillan still makes a non-inletted stock and I believe Wildcat also has a flat top stock available.

Good thing you didn’t get a peak...you got the heaviest one with the integral picatinny I think. Plus adjustable comb. If you wanna add weight do it with scope imo...and those arc m-10 rings also heavy af. I added a 19.2 oz lpvo and 5.75 oz arc low rings to my peak 308 and landed just under 7 1/4 lb, Add that to an adventure would be about 8 lbs all up and would be a great hunter. You want more weight than that? Did you do something silly and buy a magnum or something? ;)
