Sako 300 win mag reload info

I was wondering if anyone would know what is a accurate load for 300 win mag 165 grain hornady interbond. I started with 72 grain and went up to 74 grain of IMR 4831 but in the hornady and nosler reloading books that is max. Has anyone had accurate loads above that or better off staying below. Thanks for any information you can give me.

Look for all the data you can find for 165gr/IMR 4831 and work up to the highest charge. Let your rifle tell you when to stop.

They have 75.2 and 75.5 listed as max with 165/168gr.

I have had 300 Win Mag rifles that would safely digest 76 grains of IMR 4831 behind the 180 Grain Partition.
Therefore, 74 grains behind a 165 sounds like a load that might safely be increased, watching carefully for
excess pressure signs.
