Take it to a gunsmith then. There are things that can be done to alter how it ejects.
I know the 85s changed the degree of ejection on their ports.
I know people ##### about the 85s being poor ejectors, I've never had an issue.
they are designed to be actioned with a bit of speed and attitude.
The problem is Sako saying it's not a problem and refusing to make it right under warranty.
Got the new spring, ejector claw and plunger in the mail from berretta today and got it all swapped out. It now functions perfectly! It doesn’t matter if it’s loaded rounds, empty cases, fast or slow the cases fly way clear of the rifle without touching the scope or rifle. It functions exactly all it should. Thank you to the member who I bought the rifle from for being a stand up guy and following through and making sure I was happy with the rifle. Appreciate all the advice off here as well!
