sako 75 recoil pad removal?

Hi. Anyone know what type of screw holds on the recoil pad of a Sako 75 synthetic? The screws are inset into the pad so far i have no idea what they are. Cant see the head of the screw.

My guess is Phillips head. Use a small screwdriver and coat it in wax, this makes it easier to push through the cut in the recoil pad without pushing/pulling some of the rubber out.
