Are Sako 75 and 85 barrel threads the same?
But I presume that the barrels are not 'interchangeable' between similar length actions without rechambering .. setting back?
I have interchanged quite a few. Headspace dimensions are held to very close tolerances on Sako/Tikka rifles. Though they do need to be checked .. Tikkas have only one action length so as long as the bolt face is right the magazine is correct and the bolt stop is for a long action generally it all works. Sakos need appropriate barrel for action size Yes..
