I was wondering how much this machine would be worth.

That is a good question........ammo

The owner asked me that in the email. He said rifles are more common in Northern Europe. Sako name is common around here, must be some around.
Will check it out.

Thanks

Sako still make ammo for them, and it is still listed on the website. It is an order in proposition, and can get costly. You can get it though.
Personally I always wanted a 7X33, its a sweet little cartridge.
As for a value, its tough for me to say, this is going off pretty much the top of my head, but maybe 500$s. I am sure some of the guys in the hunting forum could give you a far more accurate price, but here in NS, I would expect it to go for about 500, maybe less.

Rifle magazine had an article on one of these rifles, and a later update. It was written by Loyd de Vore when he lived in Calgary. He bought it at the easter gun show for $2??.00 The cartridge he said was based on a 9mm head size, lenthend as long as Sako's loading machines would allow.

Sort of the original 7mm TCU I guess, which is a .223 necked up to 7mm.
