Sako A7 clip problems?

I have a 300 win mag and so does my cousin we both have problems with the clip and I talk to a guy with a short mag and he said he does too.

I had this issue with mine, 7mm RM. Solved it by squeezing the feeding lips closer together (putted 2 rds in, fully to the bottom and just finger squeezed the feed lips real good for their entire lenght) now fits 3 rds and bounce around my truck console without spitting ammo!
