Sako A7 discontinued.

This intreating. That the s20 is replacing the A7 as the S20 has been selling very poorly worldwide

I see on Sako's website the A7 has been moved into the "Old Models" category.

Discontinued I'd say.

I wonder if they will replace it with a new model.

You can be guaranteed if they do replace the A7 it won't be as good as the A7 was.

I know I'm set in my ways but why do manufacturers change things when they already have them perfected...It's like committing woke suicide when everybody knows what was...Was best already.

Sako was very near perfect with the A series and was at it's pinnacle with the M85...Peak everything is now in the distant past.

Old thread revived....

I've had a few A7's.
One was the most accurate rifle I've ever owned.
It was a 6.5 Creedmoor in the Roughtech Range model. I remember shooting 4 3 shot groups with 139 Scenars and Rel 17.

The largest of the 4 groups was exactly a half inch.
