Well I've gone and dunnit this time boys...

I found a beat up old L461 Vixen and fixed her up into my idea of the perfect coyote gun-

The old .222 barrel was rusted beyond repair, so I had it rebarrelled with a fast-twist .204 Ruger tube on it, courtesy of Benchmark barrels and the skillful hands of Harley at Insite Arms...

The metal? All stripped and polished to a mirror sheen, then finished in glossy midnight black Cerakote, so shiny you can't tell it's not bluing! (Unless you reeeeeeeally get up close)

Then the wood! I sent it away to a friend by Winnipeg and had the stock refinished and cut-checkered, oh boy she looks gorgeous! Nice blonde wood, solid grain, subtle tiger-striping, rich hand rubbed oil finish.

Took me a year or two of searching, but at last I found a deal on a proper gloss finished Leupold Vari-X III 3.5-10X40 AO to complete the number and make it just right.

Oh my beating heart! She was everything I ever wanted, and shot like it too! She was perfect!

Was.................................

Until I BROKE THAT STUPID LITTLE V-SPRING INSIDE THE BOLT STOP! And now I've got no bolt stop/ejector, and there's no replacement springs to be found it seems...

Can anyone help?
