Sako Finnlight

Just curious if anyone would like to share their personal experiences or opinions on the Sako Finnlight? I already know they are very expensive, but wondering about accuracy, etc. Any info. would be appreciated. Thanks.

I just bought my 75 Sako Finnlight back from my hunting partner who lives down the road. Yep! It's still as accurate as always! Now! lets see how this 85 Greywolf shoots.

Had 3. A 7mm Rem mag (shot awesome), A 300 WSM (shot average) & a 25/06 (shot terrible).
Oh I did have a 270 in a Finnlight, but sold it before I ever shot it.
I didn't' like the balance myself. But that is just my opinion.

My only complaint about them is the barrel length....too short for my liking

I had a Sako 75 Finnlite I wish I still owned. It was a .270 WCF and with the 20" barrel it pushed 130gr TSX bullets at 3050fps with 60gr of H4831sc. It would shoot 1/2-3/4" 5 shot groups with that load. I really didn't want to sell that rifle, the short barrel was very nice.

The first year the Finnlight came out, the Magnums only had a 22 7/16 barrel. The 7mm I had was like that. They changed to 24 3/8" pipe in the second year of production.
