This is an aftermarket mag for the sako finnbear that was sold by Stoeger. They had them for the one piece trigger guard and the 2 pc. Basically you remove your floor plate and insert the magazine. The floor plate release locks it in place. I never used one but looked at them. They were not very common.

Just a wag. Sako sold a detachable magazine kit for AV Sako's. It was made in Ontario. The yellow printing seems to trigger my memory of that kit. Last I heard they still had some kits left over for late model AV's with 2 piece trigger guards.( $99.95)

edit- Someone beat me to it. At least my memory works somewhat.
