Sako or Cooper can't decide??

:agree:

I prefer the 75 stock and I like the non childproof release for the magazine but not so much that I would buy a used one for practically what a new 85 would cost.

I have a 75 in 223 that can practically light matches and an 85 in 270wsm that consistently shoots the 5 shot groups that match the test target.

Coopers look good as well but I have never even handled one.

I went with the Model 85 Finnlite, I would like the Cooper but with a $600 difference and being it a deer rifle..Im sure the 85 will work. Im going to order some Talleys and throw a Zeiss Conquest on it and it should put me close to the mark of the Xcal.

Cheers!!

I see Clay has updated his Cooper threads. Absolutely stunning is all I can say. That new custom classic in 20 VT is as close to perfection esthetically as I can imagine. Life's too short to hunt with and ugly gun and these Coopers are anything but ugly. ;)
even the synthetics are nice looking guns. For those that like walnut; better check out this thread!
