Sako Quad Heavy Barrel

Hello I have a quad heavy barrel see rimfire pics 3rd page from the end i think, I spoke to Stoegers, the importers about a 22wmr barrel, up to 6 months wait as the don't normally import the varmint models, that said I did find a store online that would get them but have never been able to find it again.
Go to the RCMP website they have a list of all firearms dealers and go through them, it's a long process!
I brought my over from England when i emmigrated as I knew they would be hard to get.
I have bought three spare 22 mags from W S sports but they haven't been able to get me on in 17 so i modified a 22 one that works fine.
If you are lucky enough to get one with good wood there worth hanging on to.

Yes. They are owned by Beretta. Phil.
Talk to Wolverine Supplies, or Gobles, they might be able to order you heavy barrels. Wolverine can readily order you some 9rnd .17 HMR mags, which will likely take less time than the barrel.
Considering the price of a new barrel, I would consider ordering an aftermarket Lilja barrel, which will cost a little bit more than the stock Sako barrels, and probably will take just as long to get your hands on: h ttp://www.riflebarrels.com/canada_export.htm
