Fellow I know on the coast uses "Fluid Film" on all his guns. Claims it works better than anything else he's tried.
 
lol not planning a boating accident as of now,... but when we hunt on the sal####er beaches the guns after a few years look like there 200 years old


Just went to the fluid film website and the stuff looks pretty good .... does he just spray the exterior or does he spray the inside of the action aswell??

Spray it on everything you can get at, and wipe down. I use it in the bore after cleaning, as well, then run one dry patch.
 
Marine Magnum's will rust..not as bad as a blued gun but they will rust.

Gun Kote will protect it. It will survive in hydrochloric acid for 7 hours.
