Salt bath nitriding/melonite experiences?

Has anyone here had their hunting rifle SBN/Nitrided/Melonited? If so what have your experiences been and who did you have do the work for you.

Especially if its a Remington 700, how has the brazing held up?

Seems there are a lot of different opinions out there but I'm very interested to hear actual experiences.
