Hello everyones! I am a french that is moved to Ontario recently for to work in my compagny here. As I am new to America (continent) I am excite about the wilderness sport en general. I never before have a gun, but i think its surely interessting sport. I plan to reading here a lot about this hobby here.

Hello and welcome. I must compliment you on your English, which is much, much better than my French. There is a French-language forum here, and quite a few French-speaking members. And you are correct: to have a gun and know how to safely use a gun is very interesting. To become involved with your own guns in Canada, you will need to take a short course and a test for a license. If you don't know the procedure, to begin you should call the Canada Firearms Centre at 1-800-731.4000 (if you wish, they will speak French). If you want to discuss these things here, it would be better to post your questions and comments in the "General Firearms Discussion" forum. Enjoy the site.
 
Thanks you very much for the welcomes. IS there a locale in Cambridge, Ont where I can go of to watch and learn about gunning?
 
I live in Nova Scotia and what I know about Ontario is only what I read in the newspapers. You really should post questions like yours about a locale, as a"thread" in the General Firearms Discussion" forum. You'll get a much better response. This forum is simply for greetings. Good luck.
