The SAM long slide 6inch with normal length dust cover seemed odd, would like to see a longer dust cover with longer contact rail for frame and slide.

Of course, in full stainless.

I saw they had a 1911 tactical model in .45ACP, all black with threaded barrel, rail etc., but it was commander length. Do they have this in a gov't/ 5" inch length?

I've been wanting a stainless Thunderbolt in .45 for a while now.

I ordered two stainless 9mm Thunderbolts and had to return both of them due to the unbelievably bad workmanship. Both barrels were junk (rough cut chambers, chip out of the rifling on one) and other parts were poorly fitted, scratched, etc. I have three other SAMs (two SS Commanders and a Sigma) that I bought from Wolverine which were excellent both in finish and accuracy but the Thunderbolts were complete losers and cost $400 more than the others. I sure hope they've improved their quality control or there are going to be a lot of disappointed customers.
