I have a Sam Yang Light Hunter 909 and I broke the cocking lever on it.
Does anyone know where I can order a new one or am I stuck with a useless toy?
I know I can order a upgrade kit for it but that's a $373 Canadian it will give me about 100fps increase but it's not necessary in my opinion.

yes I have tried every place in Canada. No one has anything in stock and getting parts from the US is nuts.
For the exhaust valve @$12.99 USD with $28 USD shipping $15 USD broker fee and taxes it was $78.52 Canadian for a $12.99 part.
The cocking lever is more but none in stock.
To bad there isn't a dealer in Canada who sells parts.

cast parts they can't be welded as well they are thin castings.
I think I will eat the cost and order the upgrade kit from African Air Ordnance $275 USD + shipping charges.

You might want to try someone who can write Korean... or even try google-translate (and tell them about you using that service, so they don't think your drunk or something)
- Seems like people are more inclined to respond (or at least faster) when you try to communicate with them in their native language.

I will give it a shot.
Thanks for the advice ✌

I canceled my order with Pyramid Air for the exhaust valve at $80+ CAD.
I have decided to go ahead with the African Air Ordnance upgrade.
It will cost $429 CAD delivered.
I may keep it after it's modified but most likely I will buy a Airforce Texan in 308,357 or 45cal later.
The idea of using the airbolts is intriguing in the 909 and I may keep it for that reason.
Thanks for everyone's input ✌

I finally received the right upgrade kit from African Air Ordinance for my Sam Yan Light Hunter (not a 909 like I thought).
All I can say is what a difference! 100FPS over stock even with 280 and 310GRN slugs. 150+ fps with 140grn round balls.
Can I say it's worth $460 Canadian for the upgrade.... no but I don't regret spending the cash.
It's a nice bush gun unlike my Airforce Texan. I'm looking forward to getting some shotgun ammo and testing it especially 00 buckshot. I think it will be fun.
I'm not a salesman for them as well I recieve nothing for recommending them
