I would say no, the first buck right side rack pins looks longer then the buck on the last pick . Eh I could be wrong, if not, you have 2 nice buck on your trail .

The likelihood of having 2 bucks with almost identical headgear, both eating your apples is extremely slim. But from looking at the pics, I'm positive it's the same deer.
In the first & third pics, you can really see that he has the same slight curve in his G2 & G3 on the left side. He also has a wide, almost palmated right antler. It's hard to "age" this guy from the pictures, he looks like he has the big pot-belly of an old deer, but doesn't seem to have the saggy chin. Based on the curve of his back, and the pot-belly, I'd guess him to be an old buck. His antlers will probably never get any better, and I'd take him this year if I saw him.
