Suggest you give consideration to the fact that at equal pressures, Re 22 wins over Re 19, for a typical 140 gr pill. I've verified this with a chrony, a few years ago.

Correct. Its comparing apples and oranges.

Im guessing 48 gr. RL-19 is probably 50 gr. RL-22 pressure wise.

Thats about right... At equal chamber pressures, the slower powder gives a longer burn, hence more velocity.
