Sandy Lake, up around Hay River NWT

Anyone have an experience in this area for hunting?
My sister is spending quite a bit of time there up at a remote cabin and tells me she is seeing a hell of a lot of bears, moose, etc.

Cabin is about a 30 minute boat ride up the lake.

lots of bears , a few moose around , quite a few woodland caribou too, great for grouse in the fall/ spring
