SAP6 Shotgun Back in Stock!!! 11 ROUND MAGS & Extended Barrels Now Available!!!

Mine are tight also... Might just need to be worked in.

anyone have FTE issues? I shot mine for the first time on Saturday and had 3 out of 10rds. It looks like the extractor isn't catching some rounds that have less of a pronounced rim, maybe it's just the round itself but similar rounds were caught

Anyone here have difficulty inserting 12g cartridges inside the 4 holes on SAP6 buttstock? It's a very tight fit that it is not easy to push into, which it squeezes the Federal casing, as if crushing it in. Am I the only one having this problem?

Also how do you remove the top rail out, after removing a screw? It's really tough to remove it. Do you slide it out forward or backwards?

THe shell holders are too tight to be useful, plus loading one rond is awkward to do. I wouldn't even bother. Dump the empty mag and throw a new 11rounder in, it's faster than loading a single round plus you have 11 more rounds!

Slide it forward toward the muzzle of the gun. It may need some help to get off the first few times with a brass punch and hammer.

Is the shell getting stuck in the chamber? What kind/brand of ammo are you using? Winchester white box and score have problems in lots of different shotguns where they like to stick in the chamber. Try some federal or Winchester AA's and I bet you it'll run flawlessly. If it does, you can polish the chamber and then it'll run the other shells too.

I haven't had trouble firing mine. Mine is actually quite smoothe. But I do have one major problem! My 14 inch barrel is missing a notch that the barrel slides into. There is a notch on the 11 inch but missing on the 14 inch. I'm sure when I bring it back it will be dealt with accordingly but kinda a pain since I don't drive lol!

Sorry to hear your having problems, these are most often 100%. Be sure to contact us so we can ensure your gun works flawlessly like it's supposed to.

If you're referring to the notch that is at the 6 o'clock position of the chamber on the shorty and not on the long bbl, then you're fine. It doesn't effect anything it still functions the same.

Thanks for your response. I just find it odd that those 4 holes were designed to hold 4 12g cartridges as advertised and shown on photos, but in reality, they don't fit in properly for 12g. I am not making it a major fuss on a very minor issue, but it does indicate a design flaw, if it's meant to hold 12g cartridges as manufacturer intended them to be. For some customers, it sure would be useless to them, but there are others who might find it a bonus to carry some extra back up rounds that can be manually inserted into the chamber, or reload them into empty mags.

Thanks again for your tip on the rail removal.

It makes an ok handle, but I'm not sure why you wouldn't just use the pistol grip.....

Hey does anyone have pics of the actual gun with 14" tube and the railed forend? Or just the railed forend?

I mean a real pic not the generic TI pic.

Also silly question, so could this Gun be transported NR with stock removed? Like inside a small Pelican case.

Here's a pic with the 14 inch bbl I don't have the railed forend though. And yes it's still nr with the stock removed.

Ok cool, thanks for the pic. Maybe gonna pick one of these up soon.

Don't wanna be a PITA but do you know? or could you measure the muzzle to piston OAL as I have a small / Med Pelican IDE like to drop this in.

Thanks.
