SAPRL 2018 Match Dates

Awesome Match Guys! Thank you SAPRL for putting in all the hard work to organize and run the match! You had an outstanding set of stages with great props.

A big thanks to all the sponsors who donated a ton of amazing prizes! Also thank you to Insite Arms, Red Star Target, ATRS, Prairie Precision Steel, and LOF Defence for coming out to the match it was great to meet you.

I wanted to say a quick thanks to everyone who came out for the shoot.

A special thanks needs to go to Greg H., Rob T. and Jordan S. for stepping up to RO. Combinong RO duties while shooting is a lot of work and a whole day or running a squad can be draining.

Thanks to all those who sat on a spotter as well. These events doing go ahead without everyone helping out a little bit.

Also thanks to all of our great sponsors. The prize table for this season is huge and is a testament to how popular the sport is getting and how supportive our sponsors are. Make sure to check out our FB page for a detailed list of who is supporting our sport.

We would like to thank The SAPRL for a great shoot this past weekend,
The course of fire was laid out very well. The match had the perfect balance allowing the first time shooter a positive experience while at the same time maintaining a challenge for the more experienced guys.
We were very impressed with how smoothly and professionally the match was conducted.
It was this style and quality of grass-root matches that became the foundation for the insurgence of the PRS & NWPRL popularity.
We predict big things in the future for this organization; well done!

Thanks for organizing and running a great match Ryan and crew!
I took home a few gifts from Vortex, Insight Arms, Line Of Fire, and Black Rifle Coffee.
Thanks to all the companies that contributed merchandise to the match, I did not expect anything.

Your welcome, we aim to make sure everybody has a positive and fun experience, a huge shout out to all of our sponsors and volunteers with out them these shoots would not be possible. Thanks Andy and Harley for Insite for the kind words, we are a young organization but have been growing every match and hoping to only get better!

Yeah spots are going so fast. Thanks to Ryan and all the sponsors and the RO's for putting on a fantastic and safe event in June. It was awesome, challenging and I learned a lot. Cheers, to all who participated. This next one will be even better I'm sure.

Seems abritrary, the 300 win mag was 30cal and under 3200fps, to be clear this means no SAUM family cartridges or any cartridges with magnum in the name?

The magnum rule is new but after the last match is necessary. The distance at which we shoot up here on average is probably a couple hundred yards shooter than that in the USA. The targets and hangers get beat up really bad with the heavy hitters.

In all of the SAPRL shoots we have only had 2 magnum shooters.

Also, magnums are not the best to shoot in PRS.
