Trying to apply this morning but the website doesn't seem to be working. There's a red message at the top of the page about the Sask health services confirmation site being down as of 9:55 am. I'm not sure why that's an issue with the HAL system in place. Frustrating. Anyone else tried yet and been successful? The online process seems to have changed again, they sure like to make things difficult!

I'll be applying for Mule deer, pronghorn, and elk in the south.

What are you folks going for this year?

Populations of all species down! I will not be applying. Let's get it together boys...these populations need to recover. This system is a complete insult to hard working, tax paying, landholding citizens of this great province and country. We need better wildlife management and I'm staring a boycott. Good luck comrades. Remember, no fawns, yearlings, does or immature bucks and you're on your way to doing your part to being a good steward of the resource.

That is my part for conservation... since our herd is over-populated.

as umchorn2 said, numbers are down. There's barely any wildlife left in the province so please don't apply. I promise I'll not apply as well. I'm a politician, trust me.

mature bucks might be down but i dont really care for them
but as for moose and elk numbers by me,they are through the roof.
elk tags need to be tripled to get the numbers in check and prevent further crop damage and huge insurance claims.
the elk are causing more damage than ever before.

yesterday i actually covered 4 quarter sections of bush.
all i seen was elk scat everywhere.elk beds everywhere.
trees just rubbed to death by elk.
every piece of bush was just a elk schitting hole
 
Applying with a buddy. Never got drawn for anything last year. Purchased every OTC that I could but was only able to get out for elk and white tail. No luck there either and not for lack of trying. They just weren't in the same place as I was. Not hunting for horns, can't eat those. Meat for the freezer is what I'm looking for

I live 20min south of Saskatoon. Here the Whitties are doing good, there's moose everywhere and the Mulies are overpopulating! Heck, my buddy has a farm in the SWMZ that have very healthy Mule and Whitetail herds, I had no shame taking both my Draw Antlerless Mulies there last season!

I'll be applying for everything but Elk (Zone 99) as I don't really know where to apply for it.
 
Zone 2 IMO 15 tags, easy acess and great landowners. A little patience you should have a chance at a 300 plus bull. We were drawn there in 2012. Other good choices are 9, 6. @ is the best. I live around 6 and 9. I would goto 2 in a heartbeat. We tented at wood mountain park it was cheap and they have a pay shower.

Naw, 2 is terrible you definitely don't want to apply there.
