Just wondering what you sask bow hunters are seeing out there for whitetails in the central part of the province. Last winter really seems to have taken a toll on numbers. The fields I typically hunt are almost dead. My baits are showing deer but watching the fields there is almost nothing.
My first night out I saw five the second and third nothing at all. Last year I hunted one field twenty times or more and saw game each time. Perhaps it is the hot weather. Still hopeful though.
