Poaching takes all forms.In some cases it is lgaly done.I have a neighbor who on a regular basis shoots several moose a year to feed his dogs.(He won't eat it himself).By his birthright he is alowed to do this. I can't shoot one to feed myself.How come his dogs get to eat better than me. I think "ALL" Canadians should adhere to the same laws,not just some of us...
