Sask spring bear Duck Mountains

Anyone know what the snows like up in the Duck Mountains? Not sure if I should cancel the our hunt for the week after May long or not??? Anybody know whats it like up there?

Still got lots of snow on the ground. Temps haven't been warm enough to melt it all and not supose to get that warm all this coming week. End of May is a bit away although and hopefully I'm shooting gophers on the edge of the park by then.

...won't matter, the big big fellas are out in the warm part of the days...doesn't matter if there's snow on the ground.
Makes for easy estimation when you see tracks in the snow.
Great time to be afield, when nature is just waking up.
