Thought Id share some pics of my last duck hunt here in Saskatchewan. Took 8 good sized ducks in about 1/2 hour....was sad the fun had to end so soon but will do it again in a few days. My equipment for the hunt was

24 Avian X Mallards
1 Lucky Duck HD spinner
Winchester SX3 shooting #3's

Here is a sample of the snow geese flocks beside the puddle I was shooting in....crazy amount of geese are rolling in right now, unfortunately I don't have a snow goose spread yet but its in the works.

Oh man , my toes are tingling at the sound of those geese lifting off....
Ahh, to be back in Kindersly.....
Sometimes the Duck Gods just smile upon you and then they toss a single Pintail in the Mix ;)
Thanks for sharing and look forward to the Coyote Season soon upon you !

Absolutely the best shooting I have seen in 40years of waterfowling 300 snows in 2 days along with a few other assorted ducks and geese Saskatchewan is the best

Some great hunting up that way...shot a big mulie there a number of years ago.

Already took 3 coyotes and they are pretty near prime. Hopefully prices will be as good if not better then last year.

Nice spread, those will be tasty. I usually target geese, but got a nice Mallard walking back to my car the other day :) definately taste better than goose, fried him up for lunch.

Thanks, its pretty basic and really not too expensive compared to a goose spread. I also prefer eating duck but nothing like seeing thousands and thousands of snow geese come in on you :)

Cheers!!
