Saskatchewan deer hunting Info??

I've seen them run out in SD but never have in hunting season. They must be a hoot to hunt. I guess there is no season for NRC in Sask ?
Actually, they're kinda STUPID. If they do run, they only go about 150 yards, then turn sideways to ya to see what you're doing...bang, flop.
If you're a trophy hunter, it's different. The big old educated ones are much harder to find in the first place.

I hadn't noticed us pushing to further restrict non-SK residents. I'm not in favour of that, but I'm sure some guide-outfitters think it would be a good idea to require us all to use their services.
There is no official push to limit resident hunters, however outfitters pay $250 per tree stand on private property if the landowner posts his property. This has been going on for forever. Personally, I'd like to see outfitting go the way of the dodo OR restrict outfitting to crown land.

It's absolutely illegal to pay for hunting access in Saskatchewan, and just as illegal to outfit on posted land. If you know of people doing it then getting it stopped should be easy. Sic 'em.:D

Knowing it and proving it are two different things.;)
I didn't realize they cannot post their land then allow outfitters on it.
