Saskatchewan Draw-Who?

Hey track. would u like to tell me what the Saskatchewan Canadian-Resident whitetail draw really is? and how u did that?
 
As of 2011 any Canadian who wishes to hunt whitetail in Sask. must apply for the draw. Anyone who applies this year will be drawn. At least thats my understanding.
 
Until now Canadians not resident in Saskatchewan could come and purchase a whitetail tag which was applicable throughout the province - i.e. all hunting zones. Saskatchewan residents can still do so for whitetails, but starting this year the rest of you now have to apply for a draw for a whitetail, as we have been doing for many years for our mule deer and most other big game. Draw licenses are limited to a specific wildlife management zone so you will only be able to hunt your whitetail in a particular area.

Did everyone else have the full $141.38 taken off their credit cards or just the draw entry fee? Just curious (I'll have to explain it to the wife so this may be my last post ever!)

No didn't cost me a cent, $282.76 this year came off my son credit card..........he paid for his and mine. I guess it is payback time for all the guns, ammo and reloading I bought for him. Oh ya, forgot to add gas, resturants, treats and paid hunting trips. Your right, they take the license fee and application fee off your credit card. Tell your wife that you love her more than ever and if that dosen't work I can PM you on how to build up brownie points.:D It works/worked for me, good luck!
