Saskatchewan Gophers

Just got back from northern Saskatchewan and killed 2 gophers. Saw 34 deer from Prince Albert to Beauval in one evening. Incredible. It was like driving in a snow storm there were so many bugs. Didn't pack any heat so had kill the gophers with a GMC. 265 75R 17 Firestones. That was around Yorkton just before the storm.
I want to go back for gophers and sharpies.

Thats my hunting ground up by Beauval, the father in-law lives up there. Beautiful country and lots of wildlife....Bugs are incredible this year due to all the rain.

Gopher shootin is good practice. Makes big game look like the broad side of a barn.
