Satain was a well respected person on this forum .
And I am sure you are finding this out .... after shooting off your mouth about him...again .
He gained that respect from sound advice and helping others , maybe you should try some of that .

X2 I dont know Satain but like you say he always had good advice and could put a humorous twist on any thread.
Hope he makes it back sometime...meantime good luck to him and may his paintbrushes never be dry...
 
Yes it's a shame. they seem to run a pretty clean program over there. there is always a dark side to everything though haha. that's just the nature of the universe.
 
Its kinda funny. The only two members I have met in person are both banned. I met Laz at a gun show in coombs like 3 years ago and satain about the same time near his house to buy something off him. Both great guys and very free with the sharing of their colective knowledge

I've had several deals with Joey and he'll bend over backwards to help you. Helped me to post pics which I would never have figured out. Btw you should see his home reno skills, he does just about everything, super impressed by his tile, grout, hardwood etc. work. Of course to be expected as he's in the trades. Our loss.

I can say that Satain is a 100% solid individual who has actually earned the respect and trust that he enjoys. He's the only "forum personality" that has unrestricted access to my shop and it's inner workings.
He buys and tries everything and is outspoken with his informative reviews on the products he uses. Those who know him or have shot with him know this well. Satain is a pure gun whore LOL
Some folks don't like his style of reviewing and have taken it personally. Anyhow, no big deal, he's not upset anymore and has decided to set up camp elsewhere.
As I posted earlier, if you need to contact him over an EE deal or otherwise, please pm me and I will immediately forward your message.
For those who have personal issues here and on slingers with satain, we don't care, get over it, move on, it's getting old and reminds us of high school LOL
