You will not be disappointed.
I have Sauer 90 Deluxe model in 9.3x64 and I love it.
My rifle come with a set trigger, which is set at 10 ounces
Zeiss Conquest 3-9x40 is an excellent choice for the scope.

Good Luck

i have 1 in 300 win. it shoots under 0.4 moa. i'm having Richard Near build a 1-piece rail/base ....he will now have the pattern for the 202

Go for the EAW pivot mounts, Very classy.

I have the older Model 200 in 6.5 by 55 and it's the most accurate high powered rifle that I own. In addition, it's for a left handed shooter, take down (very easily and with its own hard case) and you can interchange barrels as long as you stay with cartridges that have the same size base to fit the bolt face. A 2.5 x 8 Leupold with quick detach rings tops it. The trigger works double or single set.

You've made a very good purchase

I have (had) mod 200, LH in 6,5/57 Mauser, but mine is aluminum receiver. Unfortunately, clamping device is brocken, and delaminated and canot be fixed. This is 20+ year old gun, but it is simply cause for recall. Steel receiver might be ok. My inquires, to dealer, and producer went nowhere. Company, that do not stand behind their product, won't get my future bussiness. Sorry, but I have to fail this one.

I have well over a 1000 rounds through my 200 and I'm the 3rd owner. I hunt this dog hard every year and have no complaints.

I have the model 200 as well. In 30:06 and another barrel in 25:06. Just a fantastic rifle and I have a few to compare with. Most accurate rifle out of the box i have owned. It is topped with and old B&L Balvar 2-8 for hunting right now.

Sauer

I bought a S202 Classic Synthetic from P&D a couple of years ago, its a 270 Winchester. I think they call this model the Classic XT now. Anyway, I started off with a Zeiss Conquest 3-9x40MC in Zeiss branded Warne rings. It was a nice set-up, but I have since installed EAW Pivot Mounts and a Kahles AH 3-9x40 with a TDS reticle. I prefer my new optics package, for my eyes, it is much better.

The rifle is excellent. I'll likely never test the true acuracy potential of the gun, the quality is outstanding, and the balance is just right for me.

A Sauer 202 with full Mannlicher wood in 243 owned by a friend of mine is the nicest rifle I have ever personally handled and shot.

202 synth in .308 with Z6 on EAW - absolutely love it. I think action is smoother than Sako (had 85 Finnlight). Well put together and very good shooter. I think it has something to do with germans, may be, you know:D
