Mario was asleep at the spot welder.It is still fully functional and a new meat canister with a properly welded handle is en route by Purolator.Wednesday ETA.I'm doing 40 lbs of moose/pork mix[ white sausage] first thing in the am.Raping the public is kinda like registering your car/truck every year when the ownership hasn't changed hands.Theft is a kind word.We have a large electric Bradley smoker we are already using.That will be used for the pepperoni sticks later in the week.

Well, however you justify paying out too much money and ending up with import goods at over-the-odds prices, I still think that's kind of funny.

About the only thing funnier, is the likelihood that the Italians are buying the parts from the Chinese, and re-selling them after they assemble them, apparently poorly.

And "Mario's" real name is likely to be Muhammed something-or-other....
