savage 10 build questions

Just got a savage 10 in 308 with a heavy threaded24 inch barrell, accustock, accutrigger, 20 moa rail and detachable 4 round mag. I am pretty new to the long range stuff and im simply wanting to build a nice decent rifle on a budget. I will be shooting up to a 1000 meters so i will need suggestions on a scope, a muzzle brake make and brand, as well as a bipod. I will most likely be shooting federal gold medal 175 grain sierra match kings thru it.

Now i noticed that the savage 10 fcp can come with a 10 rounds detachable mag, and if there are any savage gurus in here, i would love to use that system on my rifle, as its very friendly towards competitions, which gives me more time shooting and less time loading

Scope - Sightron is the best bang for your buck hands down. The SII Big Sky is absolutely the best value for your money if you as me. Check Hirsch Precision for options and pricing.

Bipod - Don't go with a bipod. Bags or an adjustable rest are a much better option for that kind of distance.

No experience with muzzle brakes so I will leave that one for others.
